Important information about our guarantee and rules

Guarantee conditions

14 day guarantee

  • Only applies to appointments in the studio (Den Bosch / Amsterdam).
  • If the gem falls off within 14 days? We'll replace it for free.
  • If a gem falls off again after the 2nd replacement within the guarantee period, only then will a refund or other suitable alternative follow.

No guarantee on

  • Events, festivals, clubs & pop-ups (we have no control over hygiene, environment and aftercare there).
  • Poorly executed aftercare (e.g. eating/drinking within 1-2 hours, brushing within 12 hours, a lot of fidgeting, hard/sticky food).
  • Personal circumstances: lots of saliva, acids, certain products or medication that weaken bonding.
  • Damage from biting on hard pieces, tapping against glass, etc.

24-hour rule

If a gem falls off within 24 hours and you have followed all aftercare correctly? Then we will look at a suitable solution individually.

House rules

Before the appointment

  • Come with clean teeth (just brushed, no eating/drinking right before the appointment).
  • No tooth gems if you have an active gum infection or other oral problems.

During the appointment

  • Designs & prices are clear in advance; no discounts or adjustments without consultation.
  • The spot on the tooth is checked first before gluing.
  • If you have your own idea, let us know in advance so it can be prepared.

Aftercare

  • No eating or drinking: 1-2 hours after placement.
  • No brushing: 12 hours.
  • Avoid first days: hard, sticky, hot food.
  • Don't fidget with tongue or nails.
  • Avoid whitening, whitening strips or aggressive toothpastes in the first week.
  • Tooth gems are semi-permanent — how long they stay varies per person (hours, days, weeks, months or even years). There is never a fixed 'duration'.

Extra rules / clarity

  • We do not determine how long a gem stays; this varies per teeth, habits, care and body.
  • Refunds never happen due to personal preference ("I don't want it anymore"), but only within the guarantee conditions.
  • At events it always applies: discount, but no guarantee.
  • All services are performed under SAGIGEMZ conditions.
